All our products are made in small batches and by hand in our customised kitchen unit in Kent to ensure a consistently high quality product incomparable to "factory" food.

We can uniquely offer quick frozen gourmet pasta made by ourselves in the UK making it easier for you to manage your ordering and stock.

We also produce a unique range of fresh pestos made with fresh herbs and extra virgin olive oil - no pasteurisation or vinegar.

We make our sauces fresh for each order..

For those situations where no chef is available and a high quality pasta meal is required, we offer our Prepared Pasta Meals made from our fresh pasta and sauces that can just be microwaved and tipped on a plate.
