About Us

Pasta Verdi was established in 2000 as a small niche producer of gourmet fresh pasta. Products were sold through a dedicated fresh pasta shop in the heart of London which aimed at producing the best fresh pasta in the UK. The pasta was freshly made in front of the customers using the freshest highest quality ingredients. Fresh pestos and sauces made on the premises were sold alongside..

Our products have been selected by Selfridges as part of their "Food From Britain" promotion and we have also been shortlisted as a finalist in the Pizza&Pasta Association awards.

From this small base, Pasta Verdi Limited has now expanded into a professionally run and broad pasta company that specialises in assisting and supplying companies with almost any type and volume of pasta.

Gourmet Pasta Division  works from a small factory in Kent and continues to supply discerning chefs with small orders of top quality fresh pasta and pestos

Pasta Supply Division uses its network of partner factories to supply manufacturers and large foodservice customers with almost any type of pasta, be it fresh pasta, precooked pasta, frozen pasta (IQF), dry pasta or instant pasta.  Volumes can be anything from half a palett to full container loads depending on the product.

Pasta Innovations Division seeks ways of making pasta more of a mainstream product and easy to use. The Quicki concept is one of the innovations that we have brought to the market.

Our underlying philosophy is that we provide our customers with value-for-money products with a good dose of professional customer service.
