Fresh Sauces

Fresh, fresh, fresh....

We make the finest pasta sauces fresh to order. We focus on the use of the finest ingredients - for example, fresh aubergines are used in the Roasted Aubergine sauce. Similarly, only extra virgin olive oil is used during preparation; our view is the sunflower oil used by many producers does not provide the authentic Mediterranean taste nor is as healthy. We don't use any artificial colourings, additives or preservatives. We don't pasteurise nor do we add vinegar or any other strange preservatives.
